Bad Experience

I was rear ended in Houston by a policy holder. I called the Claims # within 15 minutes of the exchange of information with the other driver. That process was handled very satisfactorly, however, this is the point that all went bad. I haven been bounced from once adjuster to another. I have emailed, left messages and have not gotten a response back. I am due to take my car in for repairs Monday 01/23 and have not recieved confirmation of liability or rental vehicle information. If this is how they hope to gain customers through customer service, its not going to work
