I got a quote on their website which was only $50 less than my current coverage. I then received a new quote in the mail which was $250 cheaper than my current insurance. Once I called to follow up, they "didn't know where that quote amount came from". I have no accidents ever but I own 2 vehicles and I had to fill out nonsense paperwork explaining why I had more than one car. After jerking me around for 2 weeks they didn't even have the courtesy to talk to me, they left a message saying they couldn't approve me for coverage. If you have to jump through hoops to GET coverage, what would a claim be like???
