3 weeks ago I was hit by a DRUNK driver who was insured by progressive. Progressive refuses to re-imburse me for my out of pocket towing fees, as well as any car rental fees i have incured since the accident. The passenger and myself (pregnant) are both suffering back and leg spazms and pains. Progressive is saying their driver is at 100% fault but only had 10,000 property coverage that has to be split between all vehicles involved. My car has at a min. of 4,000 in repairs and they say they wont pay anything until we all sign a waiver to relinquish any further claims againt them. THEY WERE INSURING A DRUNK DRIVER with a past history. If they think I am signing anything they can bite me. It wont happen. My car was paid off and it will be fixed no matter how long i hold up any claims with any parties.
