Terrible Service
I made a claim with Progressive and got the rudest adjuster. I thought that they had undervalued my car. He lied and told me I couldn't get an independent assessment of my car's worth. He lost his temper and yelled at me, and began calling my car "that thing." I had a meeting with him that lasted an hour in his shared cubicle and was never offered a chair. Never use this company- they're not that cheap and they'll insure anyone so they make money by screwing their customers.
