On December 18, while sitting at a green light, with signal on, waiting for oncoming traffic to pass so I could take a left hand turn, I was rear ended. All reports were filed in a prompt manner and the local police department arrived on site, yet Progressive insurance continues to drag their feet as if this will just go away. They looked at my car to assess damage costs almost three weeks ago and although I have left messages over and over, they have never returned my calls. If you are wise, don't insure your vehicle with Progressive Insurance as they don't care one bit about their clients.
