On 4/22/06 I had a head on collision with a drunk driver. At the time of the accident I sustained a broken wrist, cuncusion and complained of neck pain. In the ER they found nothing wrong with my neck at the time. I had therepy for my wrist and the insurance reps were fine at first. My neck started to get more and more painful. After countless doctor visits I found I had 3 disc bulges, 1 disc tear and 3 vertabrea that were torn out of allignment. I am now getting shots in my neck, and I may have surgery later. I notified them the following april as it took me that long to find the problem and they told me they closed my claim and upon reopening it would have to investigate it. 5 months later heard nothing and assumed it had been taken care of. They would refused to pay co-pays and would not remburse my mileage under PIP. They sent me a certified letter stating its under investigation. I called them and they did not accomplish anything in 5 months time. Im now im going into 7 months later they havent resolved it. They keep misplacing my doctor information, they even want me to do all the leg work and get my medical records for which they should have. The rep (Carol Cleland) is telling me she needs my records from the ER where I complained of my neck. I asked her If they were basing my ER statement as to wether or not they are going to pay. She just side stepped that conversation. Do not go with this company, if you have this insurance get out. They dont want to take care of you if it may cost them.
