We paid our six-month premium to progressive and into the second month we moved out of state. We found a better policy in our new state and have been trying for two months to get our money back from progressive.
Over the years we have had a few different insurance companies and have never had a company hold on to our money as progressive has. I believe that it's illegal for a company to hold on to someone's money like that; so I guess our next step might have to be an attorney.
