I was hit by another driver in a parking lot.

I was hit by another driver in a parking lot. The other driver also had Progressive insurance. The other driver lied and Progressive believed this other man and put me at 60% at fault, when the other driver was 100% at fault. My claim representative told me that because it was a parking lot accident that it would go to a 50/50 fault. So I was outraged when the conclusion was 60/40, showing me more at fault. I even tried to contact the security of the parking lot to see if the surveillance cameras showed the accident. Unfortunately, the cameras pan the parking lot and missed my accident. When I talked to my claim's supervisor, she was rude and condenscending to me, telling me that the decision was final and she would not review my case. Here I went to all the trouble to try and prove my innocence, when Progressive should have been looking up the security camera information to find out the truth. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint with the insurance commision and contacting the BBB. My advice: Stay FAR FAR AWAY FROM PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE!!!!
