Progressive (OPRESSIVE) Insurance does not care about it's customers. All they care about is it's customers money. Theyhave crappy customer service and the claims department is run by incompetent people (Patrick Rice)They don't respond to emails I would warn anyone using progrASSive to find a better company they will screw you too. On a scale of 1-10 I rate progrASSive a minus 10
