I am now 29, and have been with Progressive (with an agent, not direct), since I was 18 years old. Just for the sake of comparision, I shop my insurance every renewal. I have never been able to find a more competitive quote. I have had 3 claims with Progressive, and with every one of my claims, I was beyond satisfied. Exceptional claim service with absolutely no hassel. I'm sorry to see the negative reviews when I have obviously had such a positive expreience. Oh, and just as a note, I believe Progressive no longer charge's the $50 cancellation fee if you have been with them 1 year +.
