Progressive agents good for nothing!! I had a no fault car accident. Someone ran a red light and hit me taking the front part of my car off sending me into a spin. Call progressive agent and was told to keep calling other man insurance until they settle. Progressive would call me to find out what was going on with the settlement.....They did nothing for me. Progressive agent didnt inform me about anything. I didnt have a car Plus with two months on my policy they didnt give me a refund. Bad customer service....
