Unwilling to fix their mistake
Progressive added somebody to my policy without notifying me, and when I called about the mistake, was unwilling to correct the problem stating "it is your responsibility to prove he is not at that address" and "we notified your agent" which was a lie. We have been with Progressive for 7 years without any claims and was treated like this, not any longer.
