Progressive Auto Insurance is nothing but a big scam to get your money. They gave me a quote and I gave them all the information and then some. When I went in to start a policy up with them they charged me three times what they quoted me. Then proceeded to tell me that it was not their fault that the lady answering the phones gets a little busy and gives out false information because she is not trained to do her job. I am not kidding this is what the insurance guy/salesmen/representative told me. I was floored. Now they are sending me cancellation notices and telling me to bring in a paper that I have personally taken down to their office three times now. They say I have not provided them with the adequate papers to continue coverage. I don't know how many copies of this one paper they could possibly need. I gave it to them when I started the policy and have taken down to their office and what more could they want. So seriously you guys do not open up a policy with these people. I can only imagine if I were to have gotten into an accident how they would treat me. By the way I have a clean driving record and history so it makes no sense to me that their customer service is so bad towards myself when they so easily take my money and have never had a claim filed by me. Crazy bunch of idiots. Save your self the hardships and many troubles and find another insurance carrier. I know I did!! By the way it was through Cost U Less that I got insured by Progresive. They too are not trust worthy!!! Don't go there.
