I was involved in a minor accident in a parking lot in which I was at fault. My claims adjuster worked fast returned all of my phone calls within 24 hours. The whole incident was settled within three weeks and only about four phone calls. I would recommend Progressive to anyone. I left because I found a slightly lower rate, but am regretting leaving since my new provider is not open on Sundays and is harder to reach.
