No probems thus far :)
I have been insured with Nationwide for almost 2 years now and have had no problems yet with them. Every now and again you get those service agents that don't know what they are doing, but the majority of them are very polite and knowledgable. They are the best price I've found - which says alot, considering I'm 22 with an accident and drive a sports car. No claims yet except for rock chips which were both repaired within 24 hours of filing the claim - very satisfied so far. :) Did I mention that they offer real coverages? Not like these little creepy companies that only offer minimum limits... And the home insurance is great too!
