Nationwide is on thier own side!
A week ago I was rear-ended by a Nationwide insured driver and my car was pushed into the SUV in front of us. My wife and both suffered injuries and went to the hospital. My two daughters in the back seat were uninjured. We also have a police officer who witnessed the entire accident, and he estimated that we were struck at about 40 mph.
Nationwide has already claimed that the insurance policy is not valid in Nevada, to there is a 50 - 50 chance that it is valid in Nevada. They also say it will take weeks to complete the "investigation", that a police officer witnessed.
After reading other's experiences, hiring an attorney is in order.
