Never returning to Nationwide
This insurance company is a joke. I sold my Camry last year after purchasing a G35X (switched insurance companies) and nationwide has been nothing but a headache. I'm currently on hold, waiting for another manager, after canceling my insurance with nationwide for the 5th time! THAT RIGHT, 5 TIMES! Three times I've canceled it at the location I originally signed up at and twice through the 1-800 contact number. To make things worse, I had to prove to the original location that I had insurance through them because they couldn't find my personal or auto information in the system...yeah, I basically was on the phone for days and my policy number in addition to my SSN didn’t even bring up my auto insurance information. They keep charging my account each month and when I call in I have the pleasure of speaking with a customer service representative that seems more interested in giving attitude than getting results. They ask I question and during my responses they keep speaking over me - VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. NO APOLIGY ONLY ATTITUDE. It’s almost as if me calling them each time this happens in an inconvenience to them. At this time I have been on hold for about 10 minutes and still counting. I've been told it will be up to 90 days until they refund me the money they had no right withdrawing from my account.
