My vehicle was in an accident on mother's day of this year, at no fault to my own. Nationwide is the insurance company car that hit me , they hit and ran. Come to find out two days later Nationwide's owner of the vehicle files a stolen report.After investigation it is proven that the report is faltisfied in the mean time Nationwide refuses to except liability for the claim, They are beating around the bush. They refuse to except liability even thouth it is their fault. I had to pay my deductiable for my van to be fixed, and when I was hit my husband and two small children were in the car causing some good damage to the vehicle and personal injuries. Nationwide is not a good insurance company and I think that the Department Of Insurance should be reviewing them in whole as a company.My insurance USAA on the other hand has been just outstanding in service and trying to help me in every wasy to resolove the matter. Thanks USAA.
