My daughter recently had a claim for damage to her Toyota. First, Nationwide made her drive her damaged car even though she pays for rental car coverage, until the claims adjuster could be bothered to make a determination on the damage, and authorize the body shop to repair it. A few weeks later when it rained her headlight fogged up and she realized it was cracked, but the adjuster hadn't noticed it so she had to go through the process of getting permission to have it repaired all over again. After the new headlight was installed it could not be adjusted properly because Nationwide would not allow the body shop to use Toyota parts and would only authorize cheap knock-off parts, so they don't fit right. So, her headlight can't be aimed, her right front quarter panel doesn't fit right, and the trade-in value of the car just went down the toilet. And for this she pays ridiculously high premiums. Nationwide is just a bunch of lying theives who should all be in jail. Avoid them like the plague!
