Unpleasant experience!

A person insured by Nationwide ran a stop sign and T-Boned my daughter. Nationwide has been giving me the run around since! Although they finally settled my claim, they have yet to return my plates! Unless I shell out the money for a new plate, I can't buy another car. Phone calls and e-mails are not responded to. Everyone wants to shirk responsibility. I would NEVER consider becoming a customer of Nationwide!
