Nationwide sucks!

this kid who was insured by nationwide ran a red light hit me with my 14 month old daughter in the car (thank god everyone was ok), and really it has been a nightmare ever since. First of all, it took them 5 business days to return my phone calls so that we can get a rental car (we ended up missing 7 days of work because of this since this accident happend on Thursday), and when I asked the adjuster Kristy Burns to replace my daughter's car seat ASAP, she gave me ATTITUDE about it. and then it took them 2 WEEKS to look at my car to determine the damages, and they finally gave the chevy dealership (which of course they fussed about) the clear the start ordering parts a week later! it is going to cost $9300 and 22 days to fix our car. Unfortunately, this kid only has $10,000 liability coverage which is just obsurd, and they are at their limits right now, so that means we somehow have to come up with a $500 deductable for our collision insurance! we are a hard working family with only 1 car, and because of what this kid did, we are out about $1000 right now in lost wages, rental car that WE had to pay for and my daughter's $250 carseat. DON'T TRUST THEM, THEY ARE NOT ON YOUR SIDE!!!
