Other driver was 100% at fault. Mercury was my insurance company and they took the claim and would be reimbursed by the others company when all was said and done. 2 months later I am still waiting for my car (it's been done but Mercury still hasn't paid the body shop so I can't pick up). They use an appraiser system that holds up the entire process. My estimate went from 10K to over $18000 in damages and refuse to total. They don't return calls and do not represent you. They are like talking to a robot. No help at all or advice given. They are unprofessional and could care less about you. I dropped them.
