We have been with Mercury for more than 18 years and every claim has been handled quickly and professionally. We have never experienced a claim being denied or not being paid. They have even settled a dispute we had over repairs from an authorized repair shop. Their customer services and adjusters have been top notch. The only thing negative I can say about them is their prices need to come down some.
