I have been with Mercury since 1999, and have a good driving record. On sept 4, I was rear-ended in a parking lot, the other driver is at fault.
I called Mercury to submit the claim, the claim adjuster is not helping at all.
In this case, they (mercury) should take care of my claim, and communicating with the other insurance. But in my case, I need to contact the other insurance myself. Worst, when they interviewed the other driver, they didn't recorded the conversation. I was recorded by the other insurance when they interviewed me about the accident.
Mercury does not protect and provide service to their client.
They will definitely loose my business.
