i am no longer a good driver according to mercury. in october i had unfortunately a nsf check which i did pay all fees and renewals for my license. this had nothing to do with my driving. the dmv has suggested that i contact the insurance commisioner to look at this the whole thing now is an increase in my premium. its not right.
