This is without a doubt the worst insurance

This is without a doubt the worst insurance company and they are nothing more than a bunch of thieves. My car was hit by a woman who was insured by Mercury Insurance. She was completely at fault and declared this to her insurance company as well as my insurance company. I contacted the claims adjuster and it took more than a week for someone to take a look at my car. After approving the necessary repairs they approved a car rental for me to use while my car was in the shop.(They force you to use Enterprise since they have a contract) After more than 4 weeks my mechanic still hasn't been paid and refuses to release my car and Enterprise Insurance has been calling me to inform me that they also haven't been paid and that even though they actually spoke to a supervisor who approved the rental they still needed the company to send in the approval code through the computer. The adjuster never returns ANY of my messages and I can only speak with him (Michael Paul) when I trick him by using a different phone every time ( He must have called ID).

Needless to say it's been more than a month and my car is being held hostage by the mechanic and Enterprise is hounding me with phone calls because Mercury declined the auto rental even though every time I get to speak to the Adjuster or the Supervisor - Mike Schmidt, they claim that my request is "IN PROCESS" and that they will send payment promptly.

This is not the end for me yet, but I am seeking every possible forum by which to expose these scumbags.
