Someone should fire Michele Kurowski
Rudest individual I have ever talked to.
Got into an accident with one of their members and Mercury recommended an auto shop to repair my car. The shop screwed up the rental service paperwork, and ended up charging me for the entire rental instead of forwarding the information to Mercury (and in a very professional fashion, Mercury never followed up with the accident and just let the rental service charge me even though they knew they needed that information). In addition, the auto shop also screwed up returning the rental, so I was charged for extra days. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, Michele, and I quote, told me, "Maybe you shouldn't have been joy riding all weekend with the rental" and "Maybe you should've picked up your car when it was ready." Which I did. And after we called the autoshop and they admit to their mistake, Michele simply brushed it off without an apology for basically calling me a liar (don't believe me? replay our conversation from 12/12/11 if your business actually records conversations for customer satisfaction). Not sure how she is employed (she sounds she'd be a great Walmart greater), but this place is such trash when it comes to car insurance, which is what they are, right?
