My 17 year old son, Sam, totaled his car on February 19, 2006 in Malibu. Thankfully there weren't any major injuries. Within one month I had received a check for his car and a revised insurance bill from Mercury. Everyone that I dealt with were consumate professionals, from the claims person to the collision department. Mercury made a truly horrible experience much easier for me. I never had to track anyone down, or make a ton of phone calls. I will continue to use Mercury for my car insurance, and will switch my homeowners insurance to them as soon as my current policy expires. It is a pleasure dealing with people who truly do make a difference.
