The other driver who hit me was 100% at fault. I was injured and my car was totally damaged. The person who ran the red light and crashed me has already addmitted to me and to the mercury insurance. My insurance is also mercury. My insurance has done nothing for me. The other persons insurance send me a letter that states that after their investigation they have determined that I was the one who ran the red light. How dare them to determine such a GREAT lie. What kind of investigation is that when they are not saying the truth. I believe, it is tipical for the insurance just to get away with you money. They can't care less about you.!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >:(
