Comprehensive auto insurance
I bumped into a pole, damaged the whole front of the my truck (totally my fault). I filed a claim with Liberty Mutual online. Someone called the next day and told me I can sent the car to any collision shop or to one of their certified shops. I decided to send it to someone we know. The estimate was higher than the price of the truck. The adjuster came within 24hours as promised and informed me the truck is totaled. I received a fair price for the truck within 2 weeks. They asked for any receipts I have for any kind of improvement e.g. new tires etc. They were very professional and quick. I thought my annual premium will jump very high. It was an increase of $90 only.
