Liberty Mutual Not Recommended
We are incredibly unhappy with Liberty Mutual Insurance. We are currently fighting for fair valuation of our 1999 Pontiac Bonneville. We were hit by an uninusured driver and our car was totaled. Liberty Mutual is severly undervaluing our vehicle. In addition they do not want to pay us for the new brakes and rotors we just had put on the car in April. We also had 100,000 mile tires on the car and they do not want to give us a fair compensation for these. THis has been going on for the past 3 months. Don't know what it will take to be treated fairly! We are canceling our insurance as soon as possible and will not recommend this company to all who will listen!
