I've been with Liberty Mutual for 3 years now. In my first 6 months, I was in an accident where I was at-fault. I was able to report the accident the same day and an agent called me the next day to find out what happened. An adjuster came to see my car within a week, and I was allowed to pick my own bodyshop for repairs. I rented a car thru Enterprise while the work was being done and there were no issues. Everyone I spoke with was direct and professional. My agent returned my calls promptly and I was never lost or confused about "the process". I recommended Liberty Mutual to my other family members.
