First of all in the ratings I didn't have a choice to answer 0 so I had to go with 1.
Liberty Mutual SUCKS!!!!!! They are the most unprofessional and idiotic people I have ever dealt with in my life. How do these people qualify for this job? Do they just pick anyone off the street? They absolutely screwed me on the replacement value of my truck which was stolen a month ago. When I tried to complain about their lack of customer service the woman that was handling my claim hung up on me. As far as I’m concerned that is not ok. And if you ever have to call corporate don’t expect much help. Stay far away from Liberty Mutual. It is worth paying a little bit extra to avoid this company.
