I hate this company, the worst insurance provider ever!
I canceled my insurance. At first they tried to say that my policy had renewed the day before so they would have to charge me a penalty of more than half my insurance premium for ONE day. I fought that issue with a supervisor who took away the charge. They told me I wouldn't be charged anything, but the following day when I looked at my account they had deducted my full premium amount.Then when I questioned this they said that was what I owed them, but the day before I wasn't going to be charged anything. I never filed a claim with them, but yet they want to nickel and dime me since I went with another insurance company. The supervisor even told me that the penalty was because I went with another insurance company. They are liars and poor customer service! I also have my homeowners insurance with them, and I'm finding another provider for that because they will not get another DAMN dime from me!!!
