They canceled my policy in 18 days after i made a payment because my wife has issue which we have already worked out on her drivers license , i my self am still good ,we moved in the last 60 days and i been forwarded every other peice of mail from the IRS to junk mail but this majic letter that says kick your wife off or will cancel your policy even though your good , well i own my own car dealership getting my wife a car though work is not a problem , but they took it themsevles to cancel my policy , is it really to much to ask for a phone call after ten years or even a email ? nothing so when i called today to make a payment i was told that ive been driving around with no insurance and they could not care less , i understand they have alot of customers but to be to busy to make a call in this type of sitiuation is unexeptable...and they are not the lowest but there service is ..it could be you driving around one day get hit or hit someone call and find out you dont have insurance...
