Not Reliable in Emergency Situation, Increases Premiums for All
I have two compaints unrelated to each other. First: my husband who had an emergecny service paid throughr Geico asked to havea truck sent to where his car broke down. The call back number left for him by Geico representatvie was: 1-800-424-8426, which is a wrong number. Would you like to be stuck on the road not knowing what number to call?
Second: My premium has just increased for no obvious reason. The only reason provided to me was that generally the negative ratings for Nissan are now higher for all, and there is nothing that an associate can do to change the new premiums. Just another point. I had no accidents for at least fifteen years, but Geico does not take this into consideration.
