I was recently rear ended by a Geico policy holder. At first I thought this would be an easy process with all the good things you hear about Geico, I quickly realized this would not be the case. My car was only 1 month old with front and rear damage. I wanted my car fixed by the best repair shop I could find as well as quickly as possible. Unfortunately Geico can not seem to have any service locations on my side of town I was forced to take 3 hours off of work and beg to have my car appraised faster than 1 month. I managed to get my car appraised and an appointment made for my car repairs. It took Geico 3 full days to approve the supplemental claim that was submitted so my car could be released. I received 4 separate adjusters and to this day am not sure who to contact. With this experience I can say with great certainty that I will never be a Geico insurance customer. I can never manage to receive a return phone call. They do not seem to understand that in all of this I was the victim and should have received better treatment than this.
