We had our first claim in 17 years with GEICO. We insure five vehicles. They took over three weeks to begin the claims process. They utilized every insurance trick they could discover to attempt to deny our claim. The service was terrible and we had to contact GEICO to get any answers.
Do NOT utilize GEICO for your automobile insurance. They do not service their accounts. And if you should have an accident, bend over because they are going to stick it to you.
