geico is incompetent....first time forgiveness is BS

I met with a no fault of mine accident. The right side of the car was dented. They took 2 whole months to fix it coz the mechanic had gone on vacation. Does that mean they have only ONE mechanic???? No apologies....no rental car....nothing. Finally I pick up the car and the rear wheel is wobbling. Can u believe it? They forgot to fix it! I pick it up a week later....I hear a knocking sound....the manager says it is rust coz the car was unused for 2 months. A month later I go and tell them I can still hear the sound. Now the mechanic tells me to go to the Hyundai dealer as he has no idea how to fix it. When ever I call geico they are very very rude. And to top it all they increase my premium. What happened to their promise of first time forgiveness???????
