Geico claim service is horrible
After 12 accident-free years with Geico, I just had an accident. Three days later, and I still haven't got an adjustor to return my call much less come and view the vehicle. Meanwhile, I'm without a car, and Geico's claims department seems to think its acceptable to wait a week for the adjustor. If I had the rental coverage on my policy, I'm guessing they wouldn't be dragging their feet quite so much.
