WORST INSURANCE COMPANY
I just spent 3 hours on the phone with Geico. I have had insurance with them for the last 4 years and every single time I call Geico to pay my premium, there is an increase in premium. When I question them, they come back giving me stupid reasons like my previous premium was a mistake and that was way too low than what I should have been paying. This is, it was THE MOST RIDICULOUS INCREASE. My premium went up by 380 dollars. When I questioned the customer service representative, they were so rude and said that I was welcome to choose another company if I wanted to.
