Geico customer service STINKS!!!! My husband was recently in an accident...the other driver claimed fault and so did the other driver's insurance company. So what does the GEICO appraiser do...he fought us tooth and nail during the whole process...he didn't want to pay us a dime! I've never been treated with so little respect and care...he was out to "get us" from the start...even though the other insurance company had already agreed to pay for all the damages, the deductible and the towing charge. But what does our GEICO appraiser do...he disallowed all the repair costs and wouldn't support us nor represent us at all...I'm so disappointed with the GEICO service that I'm going to get an attorney and go after this appraiser!
