Geico is horrible. They have incorrect information about me in their database and refuse to go back and listen to the recorded conversations that I have had with them in order to see that they have made a mistake. For example, they have me in their database as being married. I am not married and they have decided not to renew my insurance because of my "husband", which I don't have. When I asked them what I need to do in order to get this fixed, they said there is nothing that I can do that they are canceling my insurance. It drives me nuts that they made a mistake and they aren't willing to do anything to fix it. Stay away from Geico! They are horrible.
