Geico's Customer Service is aweful!!
I can honestly tell you that my experience with Geico was the worst experience I have ever had with any company, not just insurance. No respect for the customer in regards to clarifing rate increases due to changes in state laws, underwriters had major attitudes when questions were asked regarding changes, lack of respect for timely service, and just overall a very unfriendly experience!! I would never recommend Geico to anyone, ever!!
