Cheap for a reason.
I have been with them for many years because I am too lazy to switch. Settling claims
with them is a nightmare. They always offer some very unreasonable sum and I have to
fight and threaten litigation to get what is fair. Their "customer service" take hours to
learn anything. They are now trying to get evryone to use internet to do everything.
STAY AWAY!!!
