My step son received a ticket for driving at dusk while only 15. He was on his way home from work and was not to be driving after dark. It was his fault, no question. However, this is the only household citation for over 5 years and GEICO dropped us without warning or talking to us. They also claimed we did not report another driver living in our home. My 18 year old daughter ownes her own car, pays her own insurance and lives with us part time. I faxed them her proof of insurance twice. They claim to have never received it. GEICO may save you money on your premiums, but do not expect any service on a claim or any customer service if you have a problem.
