Warning.... Please read before considering geico!
I have been with geico since I started driving. Recently, I have experienced problems with them....incorrect information over the phone, bill discrpancys (and I actually pay always three months ahead), and the most important of them all, horrible customer service! I called because of a discrpancys on my bill and before hanging up the phone I realized I had one last question. The customer service girl from geico didn't realize that I had not hung up yet and stated over the phone "that bitch". Wonderful customer service, huh? I switched to allstate from geico that night and I could not be happier. Allstate gave me the exact same coverage and I save 50 dollars a month by switching to them. Geico just lost a good customer and I hope anyone who reads this will really consider before choosing geico as an insurance provider!
