Customer service has always been freindly. When I had a claim I went to there shop(Caliber Collision) Our trucked looked as good as new and done when I was told.
I have gotten quotes from other companies, to keep Geico honest. I called them one time and after all was said and done had combined my motorcyle with our auto and actually saved money.
I recently got a quote from USAA and although Geico could not beat it, they did lower our rates a little.
I would not do business with a company for over 26 years if were not doing something right. I am not saying they are perfect, there have been minor problems. Mainly billing and or fee issues, but, calling took care of it.
I recommend looking around and getting different quotes but, if you ask me at the end of the day Geico is the best overall value for the money!
