the geico service is very unreliable. i am covered for tripple A, i locked my keys in my car and i HAVE waitED 6 HOURS!!!!!!!!!!! FOR SOMEONE TO SHOW UP. Each time i called the agents keep making up lame excuses. at 6:00 PM THEY TOLD ME SOMEONE WOULD BE OUT IN AN HOUR AND WHEN 9:00PM I CALLED THEM BACK, AND THEY TOLD ME THEY ARE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD JUST GIVE THEM A COUPLE OF MINUTES AND TO HEAR FROM THE SHOUT THEY WENT OFF TO ATTEND TO SOMEONE ELSE. NOW GIECO SAID THEY SENT OUT ANOTHER LOCK SMITH AT 9:00 PM AND NOW IT IS ALMOST 11:00 PM AND NO ONE CAME TO CHECK YET. I HAVE WORK AT 4:00 AM TOMORROW AND I LIVE 1 1/2 HOURS AWAY FROM WORK AND IT IS 11:00 PM AND THERE IS STILL NO GEICO!!!!!!!!
