If I could rate them any lower I would. My friend backed into my new mini van (9000 miles, less than a year old).

Geico person who contacted me to set up appointment with adjuster was courteous and polite. The adjuster initially was the same.

I decided to go to my own autobody and not use one from Geico. I found that autobody (Darcars of Fairfax) and adjuster (Christine Knowles) in the same place was convenient but the auto body had bad reviews and besides they were very pushy and aggressive shoving a bunch of papers in front of me telling me to sign. No thanks. I expressed this with the adjuster who told me to "take it up with the dealership"--basically was not her problem or Geico's. There must be something illegal with this set up. I'm pretty sure the autobody in the dealership or Geioco is getting some sort of kick back.

I made a descison to go with somebody I know. He followed the directions per the EOR. Well the paint color for my bumper is slightly off. My person explained to me that if the adjuster put in instructions to blend part of the panel then the color would look better. I went back to the Geico adjuster, she told me that if we had let their autobody shop do the work then it would have been blended. WHAT? So because I choose to go somewhere else, it was my problem. Basically it was not written on the EOR since I took it elsewhere.

I called the adjuster to ask her a few questions, expressed my unhappiness. She didn't listen, got a combative tone and kept talking over me. I even asked her to please stop talking and to stop interupting me but she didn't listen. Very rude and extremely unprofessional. After they cut the check they are done and don't care to remedy the problem.

Now, I'm stuck with a bumper color that is off. Geico wouldn't work with me to fix. And it was Geico's customer that hit my car. My car is brand new!!!!

Note to Geico: I'm not a customer of yours but you should treat every person as a Geico customer or a POTENTIAL Geico customer.

Note to Adjuster: In this day in age, you should worry about wanting to keep your job and being competent. There is no excuse for poor customer service.
